The dems are gaining momentum towards legalizing abortion. Everyone knows abortion is murder, and we cannot let it be legalized.
We must not let them cross this line. This is something we must fight against.
The Republican party believes every life is valuable, including the unborn. We have to put a stop to this before it’s too late. The liberals’ actions cannot be tolerated.
Dems Want to Give Administration $100 Million to Promote Abortion Access
House Democrats proposed a bill to give the Department of Health and Human Services $20 million a year. It aims to wage a public awareness campaign to promote abortion in America.
The bill attempts to get the federal government involved in helping people access abortion services… in the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling that struck down Roe v. Wade. The liberals behind the legislation are Reps. Lori Trahan and Lisa Blint Rochester.
Trahan said, “Healthcare providers simply trying to care for their patients are being forced to navigate a patchwork of new bans… and limitations on abortion care. Some of which could land them in jail just for doing their jobs.”
She also emphasized that the bill would ensure doctors have the “guidance and assurance necessary to provide reproductive care for their patients in a constantly changing legal landscape.”
According to the bill, HHS would also play a role in “the dissemination of information on the negative health impacts on communities when access to abortion and other reproductive health care services is restricted or banned.”
Once again, the dems wasted millions of federal funds for their political agenda. Just think of the success they could accomplish if they spent that money on quality education or fixing the borders.
Nearly Half of American Voters Want to Keep Abortion Legal
According to a poll from ABC News, less than half of American voters would support a candidate who wants to keep abortion legal. The issue is significant for voters just a week before midterm Election Day. The poll found that:
- 48% of registered voters would support a candidate who favors keeping abortion legal
- 33% say they would support one who favors limiting abortion except to protect the mother’s life
- 18% said the issue does not matter in their vote
- 62% of registered voters say abortion should be legal in all or most cases
Abortion has weighed heavily on voters’ minds. Now, abortion access could be impacted in various states based on the results of the upcoming election…
Moreover, several states had passed so-called trigger laws that were designed to outlaw most abortion bans.
A North Dakota judge ruled that the state’s ban on abortion will not take effect… saying there is a “substantial probability” that the law is unconstitutional. This ruling means that abortion is still legal in North Dakota.
In Idaho, a strict abortion ban is in effect. However, another federal judge has temporarily barred the state from enforcing the ban.
A few weeks ago, Arizona’s attorney general also agreed not to enforce a near-total on abortions at least until next year.
Currently, the dems are building momentum with their goal of legalizing abortion. This could also have a major impact on the upcoming midterm elections
